NE SD | Wife is contantly complaining must be something wrong because she has to dust everything way to often. We have a 6 yr old house in NE SD and have a air to air carrier heat pump. We put those paper filters in the duct work in basement and they hardly get dirty at all. Is it something to do with return vents? It just can't be normal. If sun is shining just right through the window you can see lots of dust in the air. Is it something in carpet? We have no air exchanger either. We also tried a paper type filter that goes directly in the vent at the floor level but this did not help either.
