Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | I enjoyed watching them use that little gravity table device to clean the final product (gold) from the lighter sand and dirt. The design and operation of the thing is nearly identical to the Gravity table I use to seperate heavy grain from lighter grain and MOG.
I use air to suspend and table shake to seperate the heavy grain to the top of the table, and lighter grain and MOG to the bottom of the table.
Last night those guys used water to suspend and table shake to seperate the heavy gold to the top of the table and light sand / dirt to the bottom. Cool little rig. :-) |
