Sask
Ran a simulation with Trimble Planning. http://www.trimble.com/planningsoftware.shtml

This is at my latitude of 51°N and for today. Your results will vary. A north-south lane obstructed by trees to 60° is impossible for GPS and only has three short fixes of no more of an hour each with Glonass. Running both GPS and Glonass isn't much better.

GPS does better than Glonass on an east-west lane but still just gets several short fixes. Again, running both GPS and Glonass isn't much better.

Being obstructed to 30° doesn't look like much of a problem, although there may be an occasional loss of position. Be sure to download the latest almanac and copy it into the Trimble folder.
