| Dr Scholls aren't bad. SAS Time Out are very good but 5 times the price.
Some Dr. Scholls at wallyworld are a couple inches longer in wide widths. The best ones are blunt toed and use velcro.
You can toughen up blisters by applying tincture of benzoine from the drug store to the blister. Hardens the skin and the skin stays hard for a long time.
Cushion sole socks are a benefit too. Two layers of socks cuts back on blisters too. Two thin layers works just fine.
