Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | $6.50 sq ft. here for roof only building 45' wide. 2' eaves are included in price but not counted in the sq ft or width. Clearspan wood pole building, hay barn so roof only. 22' under truss. Length doesn't really matter, price is pretty much the same.
Lumber is cheap right now and steel is up, or so builder told me, so price on buildings is about the same as it was a few years ago. I do know getting the 30' long poles required for a 22' is difficult as a lot of the choice lumber need for square dimensional that long is going export. | |
