I don't really care about anyone's opinion whether retreads are "good" or not.  That's a matter of opinion and you can have any opinion you want.

I am talking about facts here.  What a particular law says is a matter of fact, not opinion.    Factually untrue information was published here, and when challenged by me, the poster has chosen to argue the point.  I have simply attempted to present authoritative information to correct the misinformation.   I will stand by my presentation of facts until someone presents something from a suitable authority to challenge them.    

This is a discussion board.  If you did not want the subject to be discussed,  why did you post about it?
