LOL.   You posted a statement which I contend was factually incorrect.  I replied that I thought you did not know what you were talking about. You provided 'proof" that not only did not support your position, but in fact supported my position.  You alluded to other facts, which I asked for some evidence to support.  You have so far provided no such evidence, other then a quote from some unknown person.   I don't know how you think the highlighted statement is "reflective of my limited knowledge of the subject," as you have provided absolutely no evidence that said statement is anything but true.  My contention is that they are not illegal anywhere in the system.  Provide a citation of statute or regulation to support your claim and I will happily amend my statement to reflect the supposed error of fact, should one exist,  however at this time all you have proven is that you don't understand the difference between fact and heresy, nor, apparently, how to read a regulation without succumbing to an error of logic. 

And now it is my fault that you are arguing with me, and doing a rather poor job of it?   Sorry, I don't buy that.
