Southeastern Kansas | Yes I write the check each month. It is a deductable item. Workmans Comp is what you are refering to on the previous job the employee had. This is different insurance but you realized that. If the employee neglected to mention the injury in his health profile the insurance co would reject paying on that procedure. If he did mention the injury then the health ins co would rider it and state so in the policy. No win for the employee. He should have addressed it with his previous employer or maybe workmans comp was an avenue for him to explore. Not realy sure on all that. . | |
