The statement I replied to.....I do not believe you can back up what you said, because I do not believe it is true. You claim that there is a law prohibiting retreaded tires on the steering axle of a commercial vehicle other then a passenger vehicle. I would like for you to cite the law prohibiting it. I do not think you will be capable of producing such a law, because I do not believe there is, in fact, such a law.
Actually in Alberta I can't certify a commercial truck with recapped tires on the steering axle, I'd have to look up the particulars but that's true for sure. I'm not sure the particulars but I would say that would be North America wide because when I apply that sticker it's recognized throughout Canada, the US and Mexico.
