Liberty, MO | The way I read it, have a copy of new rules here is only 70 hrs in 7 days instead of 82, 30 minute break after 8 on duty, but can take 30 minute break anytime within the 8 hrs., the 11 hr is still in limbo, only 1, 34 hr restart in 7 days, 34 hr thing requires 2 overnight sleeps. Wonder how to cover this when maybe only work 3 or 4 days a week with truck. Just off duty and don't worry about it???????
These new rules are really make it tough for you guys and gals that have truck running all over the place. I only run 5 days and less than 150 miles radius of KC,MO> Hopefully won't affect me too much. | |
