SW Iowa
Please don't include me in the 'we'-- "we can all live with a 6 in front of corn"
I still don't think the USDA ending stocks numbers are right. We had a million acres of the best Missouri river bottom lands in the world produce a big goose egg last year in bushels per acre. Some say this little bump in prices we are seeing is MF global unwinding.. Some say it is dryness in SA...what kind of a price bump will we get if we have a weather scare here in June and July? Or how about if Israel drops a nuc on Iran and oil goes to $200/bbl?
One thing for sure, present demand now supports your price with a $6 in front of it locally here, and that demand will not go away. Are you dumping?
