NW Washington | I agree, especially with non-stick. Get a fairly good stuff, but stuff you won't feel sad about throwing away when it gets scratched up or starts too stick. Cast iron is great, but it is a pain to keep clean as you can't use dish wash detergent or the dishwasher or you will mess up the cooking surface and make it stick or rust or both.
Costco has some pretty good stuff for not too much money. | |
