Bolt bins - which style do you prefer?

I like the plastic bins on steel shelves. Used buckets and cans for years and just did not like using them.

I prefer the Akro Bins as they have finger holds on the top of the sides and are quite a bit stiffer on the edges than the kind in your picture that you can pull out and hang off the shelf. 

I have it organized so each row across is for a bolt size.

1 bin each for say 3/8 nuts, 3/8 lock washers, 3/8 flat washers, 3/8 shorter length bolts, 3/8 longer length bolts and 3/8 carriage or special bolts.

Also have a tapered tray hanging on the rack made of wood and formica bottom. You can dump a bin out to find what you need in the tray then slide everything quickly back in the bin.

Takes a little time to sort initially but it's quick to look and find whatever fasteners you need.

Also have some smaller stackable ones on other shelves for small or specialized fasteners, nails or hardware.
