I bet as a percentage there are more SUV's and Hummers in California than anywhere else. If they are serious about green why not limit the size of vehicle anyone can drive there? Compact or hybrid. No let's burn "green" ethanol in a giant supersized vehicle vs a compact car on plain gas. The biggest package most of them haul is their ego.
