| Actually....the Hypertherm Powermax65 and 85 automatically set the correct air pressure. The amperage control and the choice of consumable parts (clearly covered in the operators manual) will fine tune cut quality to specific materials and thicknesses.

As long as you take the time to adjust the heat and air settings it will work fine on thin materials. |
