I furnish all inputs, machinery, labor. Landlord furnishes land. He gets 1/3 of the crop. i get 2/3. I often end up buying their 1/3 and cut them a check. I used to like it as I felt it helped share the weather risk. Cash rent is king around here.
Is a 1/3 - 2/3 lease still being used...
