We market the crop for them, they trust us enough to let us take care of that. Only downfall I have with crop rent is they all want cotton on there ground, because that is what they used to grow and make there living at. I love cotton but hate the inputs, most of my landlords pair there share of certain inputs, and that varies by contract.
Is a 1/3 - 2/3 lease still being used...
