We bought a 3185 last winter. Big step up from our JD 6500. Only complaint I have is that you have to really rev the engine up to raise, lower, & fold the booms. Ours has a 75' boom but would like a 90' . If someone has a 90' they want to swap my e-mail is in my profile.

I've run ours loaded on the road with a full tank for short distance, a mile or so. Anything farther & we use a tender. One thing about the spherical tanks, when it's empty it's empty, not several gallons still left in the tank & you don't have to put much in to get it primed back up.
