New London, Wisconsin | I built a new 20,000 bu 36' this year and insisted on the stairway, and hand rails to the peak. All together it added $1500 to the cost. I fell of of one when I was a lot younger, I don't bounce that well anymore. Money well spent, and I'm up there every day of harvest to open or close a hatch, check the spreader pattern or quantity in the bin. Like I told my wife and my dealer, I'm 55, but building it to use when I'm 80. | |
