If I were to hire an individual, one of the better looking things on his or her resume would be that they worked hard during their teenage years.   IMHO those are the years that instill a good work ethic in people.   There are many other things to do when your that age than have a job, but when it's all said an done these are the kids that usually aren't getting in trouble because they are bored.    

I cleaned out the calf barn with a pitchfork and the barn alley ways on Saturday mornings that would not have worked really well with a massive hangover.
