the monopoly for you only goes one way.
You MUST sell your grain to one customer.
The CWB has the monoploy on grain coming in,
but not going out.
They must compete with the likes of Austrailia,
US, Black sea area, etc.
THey have No pricing power when selling the grain.
And you get to pay for mediocre results.
and the overhead. oh and those boats.
