I don't think they have a computerized inventory. Looks to me like they get in a carload of merchandise and put it on the shelf. There's too many empty places on the v-belt rack or the nut/bolt supply rack. I once watched the spray parts shelf and the slot for the 1½" ball valves was vacant for 6 months.
