| I am not for sure how much the difference is between this and a stick built because we didn't really even get into the stick built because with my husband's schedule, this is the way to go for the convienence of it!! We signed our papers end of August and our final walk through is scheduled for December 5th...Also I know they do some in Missouri not sure how far down they go but they probably would go where you need them too!! Check out their website!! Our home will be about 1960 in sq ft I beleive...I know they do all sizes though!! We have been more than happy with the process and everything about it!!! I would highly recommend checking them out!!! I am going over tomorrow so I will be posting some more pictures of the inside and outside! They are going to be putting our brick on the front tomorrow! Thats another nice thing as you can do exactly what you want!!! | |
