Chilliwack, British Columbia | having no experience with protein supplement, i can't say for sure. iknow with our dairy cattle,we put our salt with lick blocks. this way, not one cow can overeat at one time. i think that loose, some cows will go nuts over the product (be it salt, minerals, protein supp) and others will get there late, and not get any.
I sure like feeding TMR, they all get the same, all the time. too bad its not economical for everyone to do that!
