May want to check with the Dr on the honey due to the little guy's age.  There is a timeframe on giving kids honey and chocolate ......  I think it's one year of age, but not 100% sure.  In any event, seems honey and chocolate both can cause negative reactions in little ones if their systems aren't yet able to metabolize correctly.

I'll second (or third, whatever) the vaporizer suggestion.  With the bronchitis, he has to cough to loosen the congestion up, but the vaporizer will make that whole process quicker and easier on everyone.  Poor guy, wish he wasn't sick.  It's hell having sick kids, especially when they're too little to tell you how they feel or what hurts.  Hope he's better quick!!
