We have a TempurPedic and neither my wife or me like it. Each side has a hole where we lay, that's the only spot where you can be or you will roll into it. I guess it really is 'memory' foam. It can also be hot, which is OK 9 months out of the year but not so good in the summer.

A salesguy at a home show told us that the company will warranty it, but we haven't tried to follow up on that offer yet. It's not so horrible we can't sleep, but I wouldn't buy one again.
