I know how you feel. I ran over our mutt of 13 years, Mable, 3 weeks ago. Don't know why she decided to sleep right behind the pick up that morning. I still remember that sickening feeling every time I back the truck up now. My wife and I have been together 30 years, and this is the first time we have ever been without a dog around.
