I think wasnt really a fair study as the doctor in charge also works with a CPAP machine company, so after giving the machine a try which I must admit it did work as promised though I had a terrible time getting used to it and returned it after 3 week, I could only sleep 2-3 hours per night with it. Went back to my family docotr and trying to lose a little weight, already lost 5 lbs, and trying the bell liflestyle sleep ease pills, which believe it or not actually do work, i try not to take a nap at lunch time now and when I go to bed at night I am pretty wiped out. Still do snore a bit but it has improved to the point that I am not getting the copmplaints and moving to another room anymore.
