SW Idaho | Yes they can be frozen, we do it with many kinds of peppers. Wife then uses them in dishes, poppers, ect. Some if not most of the peppers she will roast them on the BBQ before freezing. I love the little extra smoke flavor from them and makes them easy to skin for rellenos. A small pablano chopped up is great in an omelet. No need to clean out the inside just was very well the outside. | |
