NE IL | Myself, along with my wife and young step daughter have been renting a house from my aunt and uncle, who live in another state along with their 21 year old son. They have been planning to move back to their house, though the date has been up in the air for quite some time. Our lease expired a few months ago and I told my uncle that we were planning on buying a house and would be leaving very soon. He asked me to stay until late 2012, which he finally decided was when they were moving home. He did not want the house empty so we agreed to stay. We never signed a new lease because we are family and I didn't think it was necessary.
Now I'm told that the 21 year old son has purchased his airline ticket to move back home and live in the basement of the house we are renting. This loser has just gotten out of jail for a drug and firearm violation. He is a high school dropout as well. Suffice to say I do not want my pregnant wife, my young step daughter, and myself to be living in the same house with this embicile. The obvious question is.....what the hell do I do? I haven't told my wife about this yet as I know she will lose it. :( | |
