I was wondering just how much stuff can you put in those potato bombs, didn't look like too much. I had a leftover baked potato last night and I cut it in two and scooped out the potato and heated it in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm it then mashed it up and added butter, sour cream and 3 different cheese. You could really add a lot of other things that way, and pile it high and then just bake it until it is done. Mine took about a half hour. It was really good. I guess that is called twice baked potatoes. Worth doing.
