Puresleep helped me. I can't believe how much better I feel in the mornings! Way better rested. It also hurts my jaw the next morning all day long. I love sleeping better but hate the way my jaw hurts. Kinda a toss up. If I don't use it for a night though my jaw feels noraml but then I don't feel very rested. Good luck!! I think it costed about $70
