I have given several instances where individual rights are limited. That is the real issue-does the effective marketing of wheat in the farmers interest justify limitations on the rights of individual to market individually.
Seems we accept that Tobbacco farmers cannot market their product to whoever they choose, nor can you brew your home raised barley to which you have perfect ownership rights into beer and sell at your farmers market.
We accept that even though I own and have perfect title to my car, it is not my right to drive it. That is a privilege that is only granted within certain restrictions.
