I am somewhat skeptical that if the SHTF, that many of those good people won't be scared into supporting some socialist, fascist, or other radical group. I wonder if enough people know what makes this country great. I think a lot of those people will really be easily mislead when the BIG bad wolf comes to their front door, and I don't think we have seen him yet, just his little nephew. a lot of truth in what you said, just look at the last election people bought it hook line an sinker,also look how fast the american public forgot or forgave after 9/11, plus there still remains a" this is america" it cant happen here mentality in regards to an economic meltdown, we came really close in 08 and the powers that be were panicked, they were incompetent then and now. |
