| I have been doing more COC lately and really like the results of my neighbors moldboard plow. It is a John Deere 10 bottom model 3710 that is almost new and most of those newer plows are out of the price range that I want to spend. There are some others that plow around here mainly with smaller plows but I have the horsepower to pull 9 or 10. My question is about the big older plows such as international and wilritch plows that I see advertised in other areas for cheap. Are these old plows something that will work as good as the 3710 and with some money and minor work done to them they will be good plows or is it asking for trouble? I would be plowing at least 500 acres a year maybe more. | |
