Also just buy some calls up there aways out of the money.
That way if no crop for 012 those should come in the money ( in case you have to buy back some $5.75 bu sold for say $8 ).
On the beans, no sense in contracting em for less than $18. MO.
( btw, perhaps keep in mind they're not in the bin yet either )
