Subject: Re: hanging a wire on molboard plow

Ea. Washington
Plowed many an acre with a wire hanging off the plow beam of each bottom. Fasten it about 2-3 feet ahead of the curve in the plow beam and long enough to drag about 2 ft into the furrow at the RH side of the share. workes best to turn to the right and leave the plow in the ground or at least be turning to the right when you drop the plow. Turned a lot of acres of 6' sweet clover under with a set up like that , won't help much in short trash and is kind of a PITA but you can git it done.
