Not the identical wheel angle sensor, but pretty much the same. Both are made by Penny & Giles. The ones on the 8770 and 976 are from Leica and have a 250mm stroke while the one we got from Raven for the TR99 has a 300mm stroke, as well as a dust shield. They also have different ends on the wire coming out of the sensor, but Leica has an adapter cable to the same end that the Raven one uses. I don't know why Leica wouldn't have spec'ed it with that end to begin with. The sensors are significantly less money from Raven but we got the two from Leica as part of the package when we bought the mojoRTK units.
