Exactly .. have 500 acres threw mine and the lower support brackets came off ,, 4 of em ... so the stainless plate of course bent and now is under auger housing .. my first case head was a 2020 .. went backwards from the deere heads we are running .. now not overly impressed with this new 3020 ... loose parts .. missing bolts . missing factory spare knife ..
