ECIL
Boy Brandon, you are not alone. We have had exactly the same experience. On our last day of harvest,(today), we noticed a couple of the cutter bar stop straps were missing, we suspect the snap rings had failed. We never got the long dividers, but the intermediate ones have actually worked pretty well. The metric nuts and bolts are a pain.....make sure you have an 18mm socket or wrench! Initially we had terrible dragging problems on the gearbox end, but rocked the feeder house back and really worked on adjusting the torsion springs and the header sensitivity, that combined with drying soil conditions, actually allowed the thing to work pretty well once we got going. Yes, we question no zerk non the sickle head, and pulling the sickle is a pain, just like the old 1020. All that being said, it is still far superior to the piece of junk 2020 it replaced.....at least we could make the 3020 actually cut beans.
