How are your bushings in the pulley on the rotor gearbox(the moveable half of the pulley) ? A bad bushing in there will allow the pulleys to get out of alignment and tear up a rotor belt. Are your cam rollers for the torgue hub good also? Is there is a notch wore in the ramp where the cam rollers run? You need to grind that down and smooth up any notch there, so the rollers can move up and down the ramp on the torque assembly without something to hang up on.
