roaming | Go to Toolbox > Display, and press the Current Vehicle window. If the popup just has tractors, then you need your dealer to come out to load combine software. If the picklist shows the kind of combine you have, then select it. The display will reboot to change vehicles. When it powers back up, go to Diagnostics > Version and check your software version. If it's 25 or 26, you're good to go. Anything earlier and you should get it updated.
As far as the card goes, you have several options. You can:
a) do nothing. Just reuse the same card from the planter in the combine, without doing anything to it
b) erase/format the card, then take it to the combine
c) erase/format the card, then export setup files from a desktop software program. This will let you reuse your Growers, Farms, and Fields from spring.
d) use the Data Management > Delete screen to delete old Tasks, which will leave your Growers, Farms, and Fields on the card, but get rid of old data that you don't need anymore. | |
