Reference material
Midwest Plans Service has a couple very good references you need. The main one is:
http://www.mwps.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=c_Products.viewProduct&cat...
the Grain Drying, Storage, and Handling Handbook.
The other:
http://www.mwps.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=c_Products.viewProduct&cat...
Low Temperature and Solar Grain Drying Handbook should show what you can't do with high moisture grain and prevent mold.
The first one is $15 and the second one $5. Get them.
