set some heavy wall pipe in the concrete and bolt 2x lumber and 3/4" plywood to go on up 4'and you'll like your bay a lot better. Just don't pack real hard against the upper part or you'll destroy the wall. Ours are about 11-12' wide inside and that's a little narrow, sometimes the van trailers will catch their doors on the sides (they have done it anyway). You'll need at least 13' eave height for a live bottom truck to back into the bay. Usually have to back in and unload about half of it and then pull out so we can push it up and pack it with the loader before finishing the load. Our bays are only about 30' deep but we can hold a new load without being completely out if we pack it in. Of course it is always a good idea to drag out all the old before putting the new load in behind it.
