Make sure it isn't the radio. I had this problem on a deere combine where the guy was using the antenna mount for the radio that is built into the roof. It sat right behind the paradyme and every time he got on the radio it popped up degraded gps. He got another radio antenna and mounted it in a different spot away from the paradyme and has seemed to fix it.
