Ladoga, IN, United States, North America, Earth | Did you unload the card into Apex? I have never heard of such a thing and I planted with a 2630 and removed varieties from my available list at will and all of my stuff loaded in just fine.
It does take that variety off of the map( just puts it to a gray color on the screen but the right variety is still saved there) if you had planted with it in that particular field you are in but it does not remove it from all of the other fields. Each field is done with its own file and own varieties are saved in each field. I guess I need more information to help you diagnose your problem.
