Good luck. I've tried it with a couple landlords but not enough interest to get by the "What do ya think of this idea" phase. Most just want the most they can get up front. As far as I know, FSA is going to call any type of flex lease a "crop share", and give the landowner some benefit. I don't know how you can get around that.
