The Chinese have been using human waste as a fertilizer for centuries, and they're not dropping like flies. Likewise animal manure has been spread as a fertilizer source without killing en masse. Now if a person were to actually eat such directly it wouldn't surprise me if it killed them, and if they are dumb enough to do so they need to be removed from the gene pool.
