120 psi in no where near enough to get past a small crack in a liner. You have something like 400-500 psi in those cylinders from compression, I think anyways! So you may have a crack, but you also have a headgasket that shows signs of a leak? Warpage there possibly. Fuel in the cylinder is weird but almost for sure an injector. Could be spraying fine but is it possible to be leaking even when not firing? That is a lot of fuel in there so it almost has to be leaking even while not running!?!? Are the 8.3L's common rail?
