When I wake up I get up. This is usually from 5:00 to 6:00. I'm finding the older I get the more difficult it is to get a good nights rest. No set schedules here. Wife retired last year so she's my full time farm help. We both get started at about 7:00 and quit when it gets dark. The important thing is to enjoy what you do. The older you get the faster time flys!
